To improve understanding of BCRA texts, this section provides a summary
of the regulatory system in force and the acronyms used in circulars and
communications, the issuing system of which was determined in
Communications "A" 1 and "A" 3593. This text serves as a guide to
understanding regulations issued by the Central Bank and is mainly
addressed to the general public.
