A lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires Law School, Mr. Donadio specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at the Universidad del Salvador Legal Sciences School.

He was a director of Nación Leasing SA, a member of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange Securities Committee and the Markets Division Manager of the National Securities Commission.

He has lectured in graduate and postgraduate courses in his area of expertise at the University of Buenos Aires, Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
He has written Manual de Concursos (Handbook on proceedings prior to bankruptcy), Aspectos jurídicos del cheque y la cuenta corriente bancaria (Legal aspects of checks and bank checking accounts) (edited by Macchi), among other books. He has also published a large number of articles in specialized magazines.

He has attended numerous courses and congresses dealing with the banking and financial system both in Argentina and abroad.
