To manage the Bank and oversee the issues that are the responsibility of the deputy general managers reporting to him—i.e., the Regulations Deputy General Manager, the Economics and Finance Deputy General Manager, the Economic Research Deputy General Manager, the Operations Deputy General Manager, the Payment System Deputy General Manager, the Information System and Organization Deputy General Manager, the Human Resources Deputy General Manager, the Central Services Deputy General Manager, and the General Security Senior Manager, Computer Security Senior Manager and Risk Analysis Senior Manager.

He reports functionally to the Governor.
